Connected 12.0.07 Update Notification

IMPORTANT UPDATE DEPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION 

Accountek Solutions will be pushing an update to our cloud platform on the night of Tuesday June 16th, 2026, during the maintenance window between 11:00pm (06/16) - 1:00am (06/17) CT. This means the update will be available for the morning of Wednesday June 17, 2026.

This major version update will transition the Connected on Demand cloud from Connected 11.2.10 to Connected 12.0.07.

Connected 12.0.07 Data Reorganization Instructions  

To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following:

1. It is recommended that a manual backup be made before 10pm ET on Tuesday June 16th, 2026. Click for Manual Backup Instructions.

2. During the morning of (06/17/2026), users should not login prior to 9:30am ET to allow the necessary data updates to be completed. If user(s) need to login prior to 9:30am ET on Wednesday June 17th, please follow the data reorganization instructions to update and access your data.

3. It is likely that some of your organizations Connected data files are stored in non standard folders. In this event, you will need to update the files manually by following the data reorganization instructions.
