Connected 10.1: Ledger Window Enhancements

The following article discusses the specific enhancements relating to the following ledger windows in Connected version 10.1:

• Purchase Order Ledger Window
• Sales Order Ledger Window
• Sales Quote Ledger Window

• Sales Ledger Window

Purchase Order Ledger Window Enhancements

The following Total fields were added to the Purchase Order Ledger

• PO Subtotal
• PO Total
• Previously Invoiced:  Amount previously invoiced
• Amount Remaining: Amount remaining to be invoiced

A record count and date/time last updated information was also added at the bottom of the active ledger window.

Sales Order Ledger Window Enhancements

The following fields were added to the field picker when customizing the display columns in the Sales Order ledger:

• Total Discount  
• Tax 1  
• Tax 2  
• Freight  
• Sales tax code and description
• Customer Add Date  
• Bill to Contact
• Bill to Phone
• Bill to Fax
• Bill to Email
• Ship to Contact
• Ship to Account No.
• Ship to Phone
• Ship to Fax

The following Total fields were added to the Sales Order Ledger:

• Sales order Total (Including tax and freight)
• Back Order Total
• Ship Now

Additional Features added to the Sales Order Ledger

An Analysis Code filter ability was added to the Customers filter

Start Over and Refresh actions added to the Action menu

Text indicating last search performed time and number of matching records was added as text below the header list box.

Sales Quotes Ledger Window Enhancements

The following fields were added to the field picker when customizing the display columns in the Sales Quotes Ledger:

• Email Address
• Order Number
• Bill to address to be broken out into individual fields
• Ship to address to be broken out into individual fields
• Ship to Contact
• Ship Account Number
• Ship to Phone
• Ship to Fax
• Ship to Email

The following was added to the window:

• Subtotal field added (leaving out taxes and freight)
• Text indicating last search performed time and number of matching records was added as text below the header list box.

• Start Over and Refresh actions added to the Action menu

Work Orders Ledger Enhancements

The following was added to the window:

• Added a Start Over action and Refresh button
• Added support for Connected Views
• A column was added for "Reverse Quantity"
• Text indicating last search performed time and number of matching records was added as text below the header list box.
