1. Overview

Connected 12.0 is the only version of Connected that is compatible with macOS Tahoe, and it runs natively on Apple Silicon (M4, M5, and later). Connected 12.0 supports macOS 26 Tahoe, macOS Sequoia, and Windows 11.

WARNING

If you plan to update your Mac to macOS Tahoe, Connected 12.0 is required. Earlier versions of Connected are not compatible with macOS Tahoe and will experience issues with macOS Tahoe.

Requirements below apply to Connected 12.x across the Connected on Demand (hosted), Desktop/Client, and Server configurations.

2. Connected on Demand (Hosted Cloud)

No desktop or server software is required to run Connected on Demand — only a supported operating system and a web browser.

WARNING
