How to Import Forms

This article will describe how to import form templates into the Connected Form Editors.  Examples of forms that can be imported are Invoices, Packing Slips, Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Quotes, Work Orders, 1099, and Labels.

NOTE: This example uses the 1099 NEC tax form.

1)  Open the Forms Editor in the module for the new form



2) Select the Form Group 


3) Click on Import


4) Select the form to be imported from wherever it is saved on your computer.


NOTE: Forms need to be in a .odt (OpenDocument Text) format


5) A message will appear indicating the form has been successfully imported



6) Once complete, you will see the new form with a date/time of import in the list of forms
