Connected 11.1.04 Update Notification

IMPORTANT UPDATE DEPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION 


Accountek Solutions will be pushing an update to our cloud platform on the night of Tuesday January 16th, 2024, during the maintenance window between 11:00pm (01/16) - 1:00am (01/17) CT. This means the update will be available for the morning of Wednesday January 17th, 2024.


The update will transition our Connected on Demand platform from Connected 11.0.09 to Connected 11.1.04.

Connected 11.1 Data Reorganization Instructions



To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following:


1. It is recommended that a manual backup be made before 10pm ET on Tuesday January 16th, 2024. Click for Manual Backup Instructions.


2: Acknowledge and communicate to all users within your organizations that usernames and passwords will now all be case sensitive.  Prior to this update, there was no case in the User Name or Password field.


3. During the morning of (01/17/24), users should not login prior to 9:30am ET to allow the necessary data updates to be completed. If users needs to login prior to 9:30am ET on 01/17, please follow the data reorganization instructions to update and access your data.


4. It is likely that some of your organizations Connected data files are stored in non standard folders.  In this event, you will need to update the files manually by following the data reorganization instructions
