If a user gets a message that their password will expire in the Connected on Demand environment, follow these steps to change your password from within Connected on Demand.
1) To open the change password window, use the following keyboard combinations:
For PC Users:
For Mac Users
NOTE: Mac users on a laptop keyboard may need to use the second combination.
2) The following screen will open. Click the "Change a Password" option.
3) The Change a password window will appear. Enter the old password followed by the new password and new password confirmation. When completed, click the arrow as shown in the screen below.
4) Once the password changes are completed you will return to your Connected on Demand desktop. Make sure to change the password in the settings of your Microsoft Remote Desktop application or the RDP connection that is saved or you will be prompted to enter it at each sign on.
